We do not hold or manage user funds or assets at any point, nor do we control transaction settlement or payment approval. All financial services displayed or accessed via the Platform are operated by third-party providers, and users engage with them at their own risk.
- Changes to the Terms of Service We may modify the Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Any changes to these Terms will be in effect as of the “Last Updated” date referred to above. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access such websites or services at your own risk.
- Transactions The Platform may allow users to interact with third-party service providers or technologies that facilitate crypto or fiat transactions. Infin8hub does not process, manage, verify, or guarantee these transactions. Any transaction initiated through the Platform is executed directly between the user and the relevant third-party provider. We do not hold client funds and are not responsible for transaction outcomes, delays, reversals, compliance actions, or failures. Users are solely responsible for understanding the terms and compliance obligations of any service they use.

- Dispute Resolution In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first seek to resolve the dispute through informal negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The seat of the arbitration shall be Ras Al Khaimah.
- Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- No Financial Advice or Services Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, investment, or tax advice. The Company does not offer regulated financial services and is not licensed by any financial authority. Users should consult independent advisors before making any financial or transactional decisions. The Platform is solely a technical interface for interacting with supported technologies and service providers.
