Refund Policy

Overview

All payments processed through Infin8PAY are considered final and non-refundable due to the nature of the digital services provided. Infin8PAY is a technology platform enabling access to blockchain-based tools and services — including but not limited to NFT-based subscriptions, transaction dashboards, and crypto onramp integrations.
Since access is granted immediately after payment and services are provided in full upon activation, we do not offer refunds once a transaction has been completed.
However, if you believe a charge was made in error or you are experiencing a technical issue, please contact us using the form below within 7 calendar days of your transaction. Our team will review your case and respond within 48 hours.
Refunds will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment was made for the same service
  • You were charged but did not gain access to the platform
  • A critical technical error on our side prevented activation

All refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of Infin8 Hub FZ-LLC.

Please note:

We do not issue refunds for:

  • NFT subscriptions or access tokens that have already been activated
  • Any third-party processing fees
  • Transactions where settlement has already occurred

Once a refund is approved (if applicable), it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
